How To Pack Before You Come To Grace Bay

So when you’re ready to come visit us at the Seven Stars Grace Bay Hotel, these little tips will get you through the lines at the airport faster and with less stress. Don’t overpack electronics in your checked baggage when possible. If you need to pack film, it should go in your carry-on. Don’t wrap gifts, because if a security officer needs to inspect your bag, they’ll have to unwrap it. If you need to bring hair products, toothpaste and other toiletries, you can buy them travel-sized and place them in your carry-on in a plastic clear bag. As far as coats and jackets are concerned, especially if you’re coming from a cold place, put them in your checked baggage because they need to go through the x-ray machine. Also, when packing, make sure you pack everything in an organized way and in layers. It’s easier for inspector to see what’s in your bag. You’ll get through the lines and faster to Seven Stars Grace Bay Resort by dressing correctly too. No heavy jewelry, keys, loose change, cell phones all of that will set off the alarm when you pass through the metal detector. The same goes for belt buckles, hair barrettes, even some body piercings.

I Miss The Seven Stars Resort

Turks and Caicos is such a dreamy destination, the sun, the sand, the sea, the palm trees, and the weather doesn’t get better than that. All you want to do is lay out in the sun, get comfortable on your beach towel and doze off while the sun rays caress your skin. My vacation at the Seven Stars Grace Bay Resort was awesome. I spend entire afternoons relaxing by the salt-water pool too, listening to music on my ipod and applying and reapplying my sunscreen. Just writing about Grace Bay makes me want to be there all over again. It was so peaceful and quiet and the service at the Seven Stars Hotel was great too. The entire staff helped whenever they can, all I needed or wanted I just asked for and got, it really couldn’t have been a better vacation. I had packed so many clothes thinking I would change outfits a lot, but I ended up just relaxing and being so casual the whole time. The two things I did wear a lot was my bathing suit and flip-flops. Now that I’m back in the snow, I would do anything to be back at Grace Bay beach in the Provo. Documents Needed To Enter Turks and Caicos

So you planned your much needed vacation, you bought those few extra resort clothes and even loaded up on the SPF. You made your Seven Stars Grace Bay Hotel reservations, got your oceanview room and even checked in with the concierge to find out about the water sports available on Grace Bay beach. But did you think about what kind of documents you’ll need to enter the beautiful island of Turks and Caicos? Don’t worry, the British territories of Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Montserrat, and the Turks and Caicos islands only require American tourists to have passports not visas. They’ll also ask you to have return or continuing trip tickets so make sure to have these. Montserrat and the Turks and Caicos islands also have an airport departure tax. Now you can relax, all you need is a passport to travel to Turks and Caicos and stay in the luxurious Seven Stars Grace Bay Resort. But remember if you’re only passing through Turks and Caicos, staying a few days and then heading to another island, that other island might need you to present a visa because every island has different requirements and laws. So find out what type of documentation you might need before you head out to relax. That way you’ll truly be relaxing and not stuck and surprised in an airport somewhere.

Try SNUBA in Providenciales

SNUBA is a unique water diving experience somewhere in between scuba diving and snorkeling. It’s fun for couples, families and ids over the age of eight. It’s kind of like snorkeling with a 20-ft snorkel that water can’t get into and you don’t have to come back up for air. SNUBA is possible by having a diving tank on a SNUBA raft that stays on the surface. You’ll be breathing the same was a scuba diver would. To SNUBA, you don’t need long lessons in the pool, you can be enjoying the marine life underwater in half an hour. In Providenciales, that means you have a chance to encounter lobsters, crabs, stingrays, turtles, eagle rays, coral reefs and more.

If you’re in Providenciales in Turks and Caicos to experience SNUBA, you’ll have to also spend some time in the luxurious accommodations of Seven Stars Grace Bay Resort. Enjoy the white sandy stretch of beach, the relaxing atmosphere, a world-class spa and a heated swimming pool. Seven Stars Hotel in Grace Bay has wonderful suites, all different in size, but all just as luxurious and stylish. Some oceanfront, some with a garden view. Expect flat screen televisions, DVD players, ceiling fans, air conditioning, complimentary internet and bath amenities.
